ppbNTU International A/S /b is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: bStrengthened strategic, institutional, and operational capacity for effective energy policy in response to the climate change in North Macedonia /b and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
/p pboverall objective /b of this assignment is to contribute to sustainable economic development of North Macedonia.
/p pbLocation /b: North Macedonia.
/p pbDuration /b: The intended start date is b1 December **** /b and the period of implementation of the contract will be b42 months /b from this date.
/p h3Key Expert: Expert in Energy Efficiency /h3 h3Minimum Qualifications and skills: /h3 ul liMinimum Masters in a directly related discipline, or Bachelor in the same field plus four years of relevant professional experience.
/li liExcellent spoken and written English,



corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
/li liMinimum 8 but preferably 10 years of professional experience in a field related to energy.
/li liExperience in at least 3 assignments related to, inter alia, energy efficiency in areas such as legislative and institutional framework, national and/or municipal energy efficiency plans, renovation strategies, public buildings renovation, monitoring and verification systems, energy efficiency obligation schemes, energy audits and management systems, financial mechanisms and incentives, energy performance of buildings, energy performance certificates, district heating modernization, energy demand-side management.
/li liExperience on assignments in EU MS bodies or other contracting parties of the Energy Community Treaty, will be considered an advantage.
