/p h3Organization Specialist /h3 pIn this role, within OW's Organization Internal Consulting Unit, you will be involved in the implementation and execution of the organization across the Group according to the needs of the various business areas and in accordance with the logic underlying the business model; you will also work in close collaboration with other Departments.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liAnalyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
/li liDesigning and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials.
/li liImplementing and updating the organization model and related project activities (job description; skills model; academy implementation; development of organization-related content on the intranet, etc.).
/li liDefining,



maintaining and tailoring organizations processes as required by the group Business Unit.
/li liDeveloping and maintaining management tools, including relevant project methods and templates, fit-for-purpose.
/li liInterviewing executives and senior managers and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.
/li liConsulting with other Departments to guide the utilization and development of the model.
/li liContributing to the restructuring of Departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
/li liDocumenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers and measuring the impact of interventions on efficiency.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business administration or in Business Management Organization /li li1,2 years' experience in change management or in organizational development - /li liDemonstrate an understanding of fundamentals of organization design /li liBe fluent in the Italian and English languages /li liExceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills /li liAttention to detail, quality and deadlines /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liTicket restaurant and company welfare.
