/p h3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and implement software solutions for industrial automation machinery, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability; /li liLead advanced software modeling and design activities, including system architecture, platform definition, and software process engineering tailored to automated machines and production systems; /li liCollaborate in the selection of the most suitable technologies, tools,



and programming languages for the development of control and supervisory software for industrial machinery; /li liPerform requirements analysis by working closely with the Development Team and key Stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into precise technical specifications for automation systems; /li liManage software projects and coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and goals related to the deployment of software for automated equipment and industrial control systems.
/li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; /li li5-8 years of relevant experience in the role; /li liKnowledge of Relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server); /li liFamiliarity with Dot.Net and Net Core frameworks; /li liProficiency with C# programming language; /li liKnowledge of the software design patterns; /li liAvailability for travel in Italy and abroad; /li liProficiency in English.
/li /ul h3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3 ul liProficiency in MES/Automation systems; /li liProactivity and problem solving; /li liMachine learning skills.
/li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liThe employment contract will be regulated by "Metalmeccanico" National Collective Bargaining Agreement /li liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €****** /li liThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications /li liThe position's compensation package also includes a welfare and benefits offer.
