/p /br /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDesign of high-performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules,



including simulation, design, verification and optimization /li /brliAnalyze technical requirement specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers /li /brliDrive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels /li /brliContribute to feasibility studies, compare different solutions and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team /li /br /ul /br /brh3Required Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliMaster degree in Engineering, PhD will be positively evaluated /li /brliMore than 5 years of experience in analog/RFIC design environment with hands- on design knowledge of complex IC /li /brliExperience in Cadence Design Framework and analog/RF design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing /li /brliCreative design ability to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance /li /brliProficient working with state-of-the-art technologies - SiGe BiCMOSs, CMOS.
/li /brliProven track record of designing high performance complex analog IC designs into volume production /li /brliGood communication skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong team working attitude /li /brliFluent in English and availability to travel outside Italy /li /br /ul /br /brh3Huawei Milan Research Center /h3 /brpThis position is based in Huawei Milan Research Center.
/p /brpAt our Research Center we work on cutting-edge technologies in microwave and millimeter-wave communications, focusing on frequency bands such as bE-Band, W-Band, and D-Band /b.
/p /brpOur research extends to free-space optical communications, advanced system architectures, antenna technologies, and contributions to standardization efforts.
We also develop active phased array systems, focusing on innovative architectures and antenna array technologies.
/p /brpAdditionally,



we are engaged in research on boptical RFICs /b, including drivers and btransimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) /b, as well as microwave and bmillimeter-wave IC /b used in power amplifiers and front-end technologies.
/p /brpOur research also coversb HF technologies /b, badvanced electromagnetics (EM) /b, and also bpower integrity and high speed signal integrity /b in next-generation systems.
