SENIOR PROPERTY AND LIABILITY UNDERWRITER In this role, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market, with strong ties to the Group. You will support local strategy to help achieve Allianz Mid Corporate targets and act as contact for selected agents. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize underwriting processes, pricing and product development, and drive cross-selling. You will shape underwriting discipline and governance, while collaborating with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other lines to deliver business goals. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a global insurer with a local market focus. * Ensure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines * Steer and control the portfolio at local level to drive financial targets * Liaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting life cycle performance * Collaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to execute marketing strategies including cross-selling * Maintain underwriting consistency and adhere to corporate guidelines, authority levels, governance,



and local regulatory framework * Support development and implementation of new or modified products * Support acquisition of new business and retention (including agent and broker negotiations) * Communicate local business strategy externally * Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Law * 9-15 years of proven underwriting experience in Property (PD/BI and Theft and Liability) for corporate clients * Preference for multinational client experience * Proven leadership skills * Expertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle * Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis capabilities * Experience in designing, developing, and implementing wordings; driving underwriting projects (ideally) * Strong communication and ability to work in an international organization * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Data analytics * Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools In this role, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market, with strong ties to the Gr... #J-*****-Ljbffr
