Junior Engineer Mission:
Support the production and quality teams in the day-to-day activities related to caisson production, providing basic technical and administrative support under the supervision of the site engineers.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain dockets, delivery notes and production records related to concrete production.
Support the coordination and monitoring of caisson production activities during shifts.
Assist engineers with basic technical and production-related tasks.
Support quality control activities during caisson production.
Maintain accurate production and quality records and documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality and site teams as required.
Report any production or quality issues to the responsible engineer.




Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in construction, site production or contract administration.
Experience in civil, infrastructure or marine construction would be an advantage.
Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontractor management and technical documentation.
Good organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
