This position is based in Malta. Applications are only being considered from candidates who are willing and able to relocate to Malta for this opportunity.

We are looking for a Production Technician to be responsible for the operation, maintenance,



and continuous support of production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements and supports engineering initiatives while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance activities on assigned equipment, including both corrective (breakdown) and preventive maintenance, in accordance with Baxter Procedures.
- Support the Engineering team in the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes and process improvements initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, policies, standards, and equipment requirements, including process-specific safety protocols.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance, product quality, and adherence to production schedules.
