The Operational Excellence Project Manager plays a key role within the Performance Excellence organization, supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Performance Excellence Director, the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads the transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization and hypercare phases.
- Manages complex regional projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and sites, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
