We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Consultant – Customer Advocacy. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Marketing.

The Senior Consultant – Customer Advocacy will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content activities and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with business units, sales teams, presales teams, technical consultants, delivery teams, HR,



partners, designers, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather content inputs, technical information, approvals, and supporting material required for marketing deliverables.
- Coordinating the development of visual assets, including creatives assets, illustrations, videos, presentation decks, and other sales enablement material.
- Supporting the planning and execution of webinars, customer events, partner events, conferences, workshops, sponsorships, and other internal initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance, social media engagement, audience growth, event outcomes, content effectiveness, and other relevant marketing indicators, while preparing reports and summaries for management review.
- Supporting customer advocacy initiatives by coordinating customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, use cases, related marketing documentation and approvals.
