We are looking for a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations in Rome. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the driver community, supporting onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations while contributing to service quality and operational improvements.
You will use field insights and data to help identify opportunities to enhance the experience for both drivers and passengers.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office. Act as the face of the platform to execute onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols, ensuring a professional and trusted relationship with the taxi sector
- Leverage your close contact with the local reality and driver behaviors to identify product bugs, user interface friction, and operational bottlenecks.



Map these real-world app usage patterns into actionable feedback for Product and Central Operations teams to improve the overall passenger and driver experience
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative field data to protect core marketplace KPIs. Implement immediate operational corrections when local supply health indicators deviate from targets
- Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines
- Coordinate and run localized driver communications, operational updates, and supply-side promotions designed to stabilize active fleet density during peak hours and high-demand city events

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Sl
