Ready to grow your career in Identity & Access Management? Join our Infrastructure team as Active Directory Specialist and help deliver secure, reliable identity services while developing your expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft technologies.

What you'll do
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level Active Directory support, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Manage AD users, groups, computers, service accounts, and access requests
- Support the lifecycle of AD groups, including approvals, recertification, and audit activities
- Assist with Active Directory Certificate Services, Group Policy, DNS, replication, and domain controller health
- Troubleshoot authentication, account lockout, and hybrid identity (Entra ID/Entra Connect) issues, escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain ITSM tickets, documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks
- Follow security best practices, including least privilege, controlled change, and access governance
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure teams,



and external partners to improve Active Directory services

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- +2 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, or infrastructure operations
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Active Directory Certificate Services, and account management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, and PowerShell is an advantage
- Understanding of ITSM processes and change management
- Strong analytical skills, a security-first mindset, and fluent English
