In this role you will drive growth in the Italian market by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored ICT solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals and develop strategic account plans. You’ll build executive-level relationships and apply consultative selling to understand customer goals and shape offerings. - Nurture and manage client relationships, including C-level engagement
- Deliver tailored ICT/digital transformation solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business goals
- Develop sales strategy, market analysis,



and account plans
- Forecasting and pipeline development to drive results
- Open doors with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor through consultative selling
- Travel as needed to engage with customers
- 3–5 years of proven success in selling complex deals within multinational or large national organizations
- Bachelor’s degree; fluent in Italian and English
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM tools
- Advanced xysqume sales techniques and market analysis skills
- Broad understanding of ICT strategy and digital transformation
- Confident, persuasive communicator with ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders
- Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage and delegate
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, flexible environment
