Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Milano, Italy is seeking a driven Site Manager to act as the primary contact for sponsors and investigational sites across phase 1–4 trials within a therapeutic area. You will ensure inspection readiness and adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulations from start-up through site closure.
The role requires independent work, strong communication, and collaboration with Local Trial Manager, CTA, and CTM to perform trial-related activities.
