It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.FINANCIAL CONTROLLERAt Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Financial Controller, to join HQ Finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, business planning processes across the assigned region(s)/offices.The role's key responsibilities are:FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROLManage monthly closing activities for the assigned areas; Perform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results, providing insights on future business performancePrepare management Reports for Senior StakeholdersCollaborate cross functionally to ensure cost control of OpexGather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning.Liaise with Diesel Group regional/offices teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures, ensuring deadlines are metMonitor and analyze financial statementsAnalyze results by business/product category to support Business Partners and Finance Community through variance analysis and actionable recommendationsMain interfaces:You will be part of Diesel HQ Finance Team, reporting to the Global Financial Controlling Manager and will work closely with:Regional Controlling teams at a global level; Operations and Business Controlling departments; Global Sales Planning team.Requirements:3-5 year experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries.Degree in Economics and/or Finance,
strong analytical skills and financial acumen.Determination, flexibility, and strong problem-solving abilityFocus on accuracy without losing sight of process efficiencyAdvanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) is a strong plus; solid Excel skills (pivots, macros, etc.)Familiarity with Hyperion, Board and/or SAP S/4HANA is preferredCuriosity and openness towards AI and automation tools applied to Finance processes (reporting, forecasting, data analysis) is considered a plus.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Location:Breganze (VI)Compensation & Level:CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°Salary range (gross annual): €****** - €******Variable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salaryThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
