ppOn behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a bDeployment Strategist /b for a permanent position.
/p pThe client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments.
Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.
/p h3Role background /h3 pThe selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.
/p pThe role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.
/p pThe ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration.
This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, remove blockers and make AI projects land properly in production.

3 days a week in the office /p pbLanguage: /b English and Italian /p h3Skills /h3 ul li2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking or fast-growing startups /li liStrong project management, organization and communication skills /li liAbility to scope requirements, success metrics and integration plans /li liComfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows and system integrations /li liAbility to coordinate Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders /li liExperience tracking progress, managing risks and removing blockers /li liProactive and hands?on mindset /li liInterest in AI-driven products and enterprise technology /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liEngineering background or previous hands?on technical experience /li liExperience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments /li liExperience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
