ph3Job Overview /h3pThe AI Specialist will support the design, implementation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization, with a particular focus on improving business processes, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the execution of the company AI roadmap defined by the AI Leader.
/liliIdentify opportunities to apply AI technologies to business challenges.
/liliEvaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendors.
/liliContribute to AI governance, best practices, and standards.
/liliDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and automations.
/liliBuild and optimize Generative AI use cases using LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic).
/liliDevelop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automations.
/liliIntegrate AI solutions with existing business systems (ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, knowledge bases).
/liliCollaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data availability and quality.
/liliSupport data preparation, model fine?tuning, and prompt engineering activities.
/liliMonitor AI system performance and recommend improvements.
/liliEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
/liliSupport Sales and Customer Service AI initiatives.
/liliTrain business users on AI tools and best practices.
/liliPromote AI adoption across departments through workshops, demonstrations, and internal evangelism.
/liliDevelop training materials, documentation, and user guides.




/liliAct as an internal AI evangelist and change?management champion.
/li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
/lili1–2 years of experience in AI solutions, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or marketing technology.
/liliProficiency in generative AI platforms and LLMs.
/liliExperience in prompt engineering, Python, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
/liliKnowledge of Power Platform / Power Automate, Cloud AI platforms, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
/liliFamiliarity with machine learning fundamentals, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, and customer journey analytics.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience implementing enterprise AI solutions.
/liliFamiliarity with Retrieval?Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge?management systems.
/liliUnderstanding of MLOps concepts.
/liliAI certifications (Microsoft AI Engineer, Salesforce Agentforce, Google AI, OpenAI, etc.) are a plus.
