Role Description :
Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty is looking for a Global E-Commerce Specialist to join its Go to Market E-Business & CRM team . This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM and consumer experience, contributing directly to the growth of the brand’s global online business across owned and partner channels.
Main Activities :
- Drive the execution and optimization of global e-commerce initiatives across the direct-to-consumer ecosystem.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities across traffic, engagement, conversion and customer journey metrics.
- Collaborate with CRM, Media, Marketing, IT and Sales teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Support commercial planning, promotional activations, go-to-market moments and product launches.
- Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives through data analysis, testing, UX observations and customer insights.
- Monitor key digital acquisition channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Display, Affiliate and Retail Media.
Requirement:
- 2-4 years of experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce,
ideally in structured digital or omnichannel organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital business drivers and online customer behavior.
- Hands-on exposure to key acquisition and engagement levers, including performance media, CRM and social media logic.
- Good analytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards, Excel and performance reporting.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with e-retail partners or marketplaces.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion or premium consumer goods.
- Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, VTEX or similar.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization tools and customer experience optimization.

Contract type: Indefinite Contract (Tempo Indeterminato)

Compensation:
The compensation will be defined within a range between €30K and €36K , based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as:
(i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
(ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role;
(iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility;
(iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement;
(v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
