ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUpdate financial models with actuals and forecasts /li liConduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models, comparing returns outcome /li liSupport on the asset management activities, including leasing and sale processes /li liProvide financial and qualitative analysis and prepare investment memos for Board Approvals /li liDraft documents and presentations for internal/external use and governance bodies /li liLiaise with third parties as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and legal/tax advisors /li liJoin commercial due diligence activities including market analysis and lease reviews /li liSupport the project management team on the technical activities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStudied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate /li liThe preferred candidate has already completed all the exams (or close to)
and is the process of preparing the final dissertation /li liNo prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are fundamental.
Strong passion for real estate sector /li liFluent English /li liExcellent command of English (particularly written) /li liExcellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel /li liStrong analytical skills /li liProactive and autonomous approach /li liAble to manage different tasks under pressure /li liUnderstand the mechanics of the Italian real estate market and the entire asset management process /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and support workforce diversity.
