/p h3 RAL: /h3 p€ ***********K /p h3 Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAnalyzes, designs, and implements complex systems; /li liChallenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve; /li liMentors junior engineers via pairing, design, and code review; /li liBuilds software solutions by adhering to our quality standards about SDLC; /li liMakes active efforts to stay up-to-date with technologies; /li liLeads the technical design of complex systems; /li liUnderstands and optimizes system performances; /li liTakes the initiative to fix issues before they become a problem; /li liDelivers complex systems, well-baked,



and almost bug-free; /li liProactively Identifies problems with requirements and project plan.

Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; /li liPrevious experience as a Data Engineer (3-5 years); /li liIn-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and similar frameworks; /li liIn-depth knowledge of programming languages including Java; /li liExpert in cloud-native technologies, IaC, and Docker tools; /li liExcellent project management skills; /li liExcellent communication skills;Proactivity; /li liBusiness and functional understanding; /li liTeam Player; /li liAbility to solve complex networking, data, and software issues; /li liLeadership capabilities.
