ppWe are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through bproactive sales activities /b, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the bUK, DACH, and the USA /b markets.
The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIncrease production from already consolidated clients.
/li liIdentify new business opportunities in leisure (individual and groups segment).
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators.
/li liNegotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
/li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
/li liAnalyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
/li liWork closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory.
/li liCoordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
/li liAttend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property.
/li liRepresent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.




/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry with particular experience in Leisure Segment - Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Travel Agencies Networks, DMC.
/li liStrong negotiation and communication skills.
/li liPositive attitude and good communication skills /li liFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations /li libLanguages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
