ph3Overview /h3 pBLUEHAWK is seeking a bMid-Level CI-HUMINT Analyst /b to support a newly awarded long-term contract supporting the U.S. Army and Intelligence Community. This position provides strategic counterintelligence and HUMINT analysis to support force protection, mission planning, and the identification of foreign intelligence threats targeting U.S. interests, Defense Critical Infrastructure, and Department of Defense operations. /p pThe selected candidate will leverage all-source intelligence to develop timely intelligence products, support collection and targeting efforts, and provide actionable intelligence that enables operational and strategic decision-making. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings supporting command mission planning and force protection. /li liIdentify asymmetric threats, foreign intelligence threats, and vulnerabilities affecting U.S. interests within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). /li liAssess and monitor internal security conditions impacting military operations and force protection. /li liProduce threat assessments, trend analyses, information papers, and executive‑level intelligence products. /li liIntegrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other intelligence disciplines to produce finished all-source intelligence. /li liSupport the development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and strategic collection management plans. /li liConduct complex CI analytic production supporting Army Counterintelligence missions against foreign intelligence entities (FIEs).



/li liAnalyze threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP), DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and foreign technical collection capabilities. /li liSupport CI‑HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational synchronization, and intelligence oversight activities. /li liApply Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards to support current and future full‑spectrum operations. /li liPrepare executive briefings and provide intelligence recommendations to senior military and government leadership. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbEducation /b /p ul liBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. /li /ul pbRequired Clearance /b /p ul liActive TS/SCI Clearance. /li liMust be willing to successfully complete and maintain a Counterintelligence‑Scope Polygraph. /li /ul pbRequired Certifications (One Required) /b /p ul liDoD Intelligence Fundamentals /li liCertified Defense All‑Source Analyst (CDASA Level I II) /li liCertified Collection Management Professional – Fundamentals (CCMP‑F) /li liIntelligence Planner Certification /li /ul pbMilitary/Government Training /b /p pOne or more of the following: /p ul liU.S.



Government All‑Source Intelligence MOS or equivalent analytical certification /li liJoint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (HT‑JCOE) /li liDIA Targeting Officer Course / Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) /li liIntelligence Community equivalent training /li /ul pbExperience Requirements /b /p ul li10+ years of experience in CI‑HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership. /li li5+ years supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community organizations conducting CI‑HUMINT analysis. /li li3+ years analyzing regional and functional CI‑HUMINT topics involving: /li ul liForeign intelligence threats /li liDefense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) /li liDoD supply chains /li liEmerging technologies /li liForeign technical intelligence threats /li /ul /ul pbDesired Skills /b /p ul liStrong knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707. /li liAdvanced Microsoft 365 proficiency. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liExperience producing executive‑level intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings. /li liUnderstanding of intelligence collection management, targeting methodologies, and force protection operations. /li liAbility to perform effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment supporting Army and Intelligence Community missions. /li /ul pBluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
