We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Technical Expert specializinginFiber home gateway solutions.

In this role, you willcollaborate with sales teams, operators , and internal stakeholders to design, propose,and support technical solutions for fiber home gateway products

You will play a keyrole in understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and developing the roadmap ofFiber home gateway solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Consultation: Provide in-depth technical consultation tocustomers and sales teams onFiberconnectivity home gatewaysolutions, including FTTH (Fiberto the Home), FTTB (Fiberto the Building) .

- Solution Design: DevelopcustomizedFiberhome gateway solutions based on customerrequirements, taking into consideration technical feasibility, cost, anddeployment timelines.

- Proposal Development: Workclosely with sales teams to create detailed technical proposals, presentations,and documentation that address customer needs and outline solution advantages,benefits.

- Product Expertise:Maintain in-depth knowledge ofFiberoptic & Wi‑Fi technologies,products, and services, staying up to date with industry trends, standards, andbest practices.

- Customer Support: Engagewith customers during the pre‑sales process, conducting technical discussions,presentations, and product demonstrations..

- Collaboratewith internal engineering and customer’s product team to ensure the technicalfeasibility and integration of proposed solutions.

- RFP/RFQ Support: Assist inresponding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)



and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)by providing accurate technical inputs and documentation..

- Competitive Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis ofFiberhome gateway solutions andtechnologies to ensure our offerings meet or exceed market standards, and stayinformed on emerging technologies.

- Training&Education;: Provide technicaltrainingand product knowledge to salesteams and customers, ensuring a clear understanding ofFixed broadbandtechnologies, home gateway solutions, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.

- Strong understandingofFiberoptic network architectures, technologies (GPON, EPON, XG(S)-PON), anddeployment strategies.

- Experience designing andimplementing FTTH, FTTB.

- Proven experiencesupporting sales teams and closing deals involving large-scale fixed broadbandhome gateway projects.

- Knowledge of industrystandards such as ITU, IEEE, RFC, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

- Knowledge of Wi‑Fi networks 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11be with an in-depth understanding of Whole HomeWi‑Fi market and solution trends.

- Experience withcontainerized software applications, and familiarity with open platforms such as RDK-B and Prpl for home gateway solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation,and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain complextechnical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solvingskills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
