Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling-Europe

Work location: on site in Milan or Paduva or Feltre office.

The senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling is responsible for defining and managing the product strategy and roadmap for the company’s data center cooling solutions.
The role ensures that the product portfolio meets evolving market needs, remains technologically competitive, and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
The position works closely with R&D;, Technological Platform, and collaborates with Product Sales Management to support product positioning and go-to-market activities.

Product Strategy
Define the product strategy for the data center cooling portfolio.
Translate market and customer needs into clear product development directions.




Contribute to the definition of the mid and long-term technology roadmap.
Identify opportunities for new product development or portfolio expansion.

Product Requirements
Define and maintain Product Requirements for new products and product enhancement.
Support R&D; throughout the product development.

Portfolio Management
Manage the product portfolio across its entire lifecycle, including:
Cooperate with R&D;, Operations, and Sales during product development and lifecycle management.
Monitor the evolution of the data center market and cooling technologies
Regulatory frameworks and government policies affecting data center development

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field

Experience
~5-7 years of experience in:
~ Product Management
~ Product Development
~ Product Portfolio Management

Experience in the following sectors is preferred:
Data Center technologies

Water Cooled Chillers
Data Center infrastructures
Product Management Skills
Product strategy development
Product Roadmap planning
Product lifecycle management

Market analysis
COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP
Cross functional coordination & collaboration
Stakeholder management
Ability to work across R&D; and Sales teams
