Finom is seeking a data-focused analyst/scientist to join the AI Team. You will own the offline evaluation loop across products, build dashboards to monitor quality, and translate data into clear product decisions. Collaboration with AI engineers, product, and domain experts is essential.
You’ll work with Python/SQL, Databricks, and Claude Code to analyze datasets, measure model performance, and drive continuous improvements in AI features across Europe.
