✅ What You’ll Do

Join Reply as a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist and play a key role in supporting the management of complex IT contracts and strengthening the compliance framework governing enterprise Supply Chain Execution software solutions in a fast-growing, international environment.
- Support the negotiation and lifecycle management of complex IT contracts related to LEA Reply™, our proprietary digital platform for agile, efficient and connected supply chains.
- Act as a coordination point during negotiations, aligning client requirements with internal business needs, corporate policies, and data protection standards.
- Liaise with Holding-level Legal and Privacy & Security functions to ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection obligations, data security requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks (including AI Act where applicable), supporting contractual risk assessment where needed.
- Support commercial negotiations with a compliance-aware approach, ensuring consistency between contractual commitments and internal governance frameworks.




- Contribute to the evolution of internal governance and compliance processes in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.
- Interact with corporate AI tools and governance processes to support compliance-aware business activities, contractual assessments, and internal operational workflows.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of business, compliance, and technology.

✅ What we are looking for.
- Experience in contract management, compliance, or governance roles within IT companies or multinational environments.
- Excellent academic track record in STEM subjects or Management Engineering.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
- Familiarity with AI Act, Data Security frameworks, and ISO 27001 concepts is a plus.
- Experience supporting negotiations in structured enterprise contexts.
- Ability to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism.
