Responsibilities
- Lead client interactions and contribute to the preparation of high-quality presentation materials, strategic analyses and transaction documentation;
- Manage key workstreams across origination, business development and transaction execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
- Work closely with Industrials clients, senior bankers, external advisers and internal stakeholders throughout live transactions and strategic advisory projects;
