SUMMARY OF ROLE
The resource will be assigned within the technical-commercial department and will support tendering and proposal activities for electrical substations, including MV/HV equipment, auxiliary systems, civil interfaces and related balance of plant.
The candidate will be responsible for analysing customer RFQs, technical specifications and drawings, preparing technical clarifications, defining the estimating scope and developing accurate and competitive cost evaluations for substation projects.
At least 3 years' experience in technical tendering, cost estimation, proposal engineering or engineering support for electrical substations, power infrastructure or similar EPC projects is preferred.
Strong commitment to transversal activities is mandatory, including the coordination of tender task forces and the ability to guide Engineering, R&D;, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain and external partners on the actions required to develop a complete and consistent substation proposal.
The candidate will collect and evaluate suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations,



including civil works and installation-related scopes, perform technical-commercial alignment and identify cost optimization opportunities while ensuring that any technical change or additional item is correctly assessed in terms of cost, schedule, civil interfaces, electrical interfaces and overall project impact.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
The candidate will:
- Receive and review Customer RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, schedules and scope of work for substation projects
- Identify Customer needs, technical requirements, contractual constraints and missing information requiring clarification
- Coordinate dedicated tender task forces for substation opportunities, assigning actions, setting priorities, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment among all involved functions
- Provide clear technical and commercial instructions to Engineering and R&D; teams on
