Job Description Summary
The HDGT NU ITR EAC Manager will be responsible for monitoring, setting up the strategy and analyzing $6.5Bn cost across 200+ project portfolio in HDGT.
They should also coordinate the consolidation of planning and reporting activities for total EAC. They should work in strong partnership with the GT/ST/Gen/HRSG/C&C;, EAC, Supply chain teams as well as the HDGT Project leadership.

Job Description
- Lead daily management activities and drive harmonization and continuous improvements (CPM PMX, Costing tools, EAC tools, etc.) for the costing processes (required to feed both inventory finance management activities as well as deals’ modeling); utilize lean principles and problem-solving methods to drive efficiency and automation. Assess and develop strategy around analytics, identifying/driving operational accountability through KPIs.
- Act as the main finance partner of the HDGT C&C; leadership to evolve and ensure operating rhythms around C&C; volume vs capacity, FieldCore & contractors mix, and footprint/costs optimization exist. Support with data and analytics




- Coordinate rhythms, reporting and forecasting for full NU EAC. Support analyses to regularly advise management across HDGT NU and Lifecycle COEs on strategic decisions, forecasting and daily management actions
- Optimize linkage with FP&A; and Commercial Finance to strengthen financial forecasting processes for product cost.
- Responsible for Tariffs forecasting and actuals reporting in partnership with Pole Finance, Controllership, Contract Management and Custom Duties teams. Focus on continuous improvement and tools automation to enhance tariffs visibility and customers negotations support.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Master’s Degree from an accredited University, with preference in Business or Finance (a must for candidates in Hungary), or equivalent knowledge or experience.
