Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the Launch domain (Samples and Events) by building scalable backend systems and frontend features for enterprise clients.
You will work within a pod-based, autonomous team that owns end-to-end delivery, from scoping to adoption, while shaping AI-assisted development practices.
The role blends PHP/Laravel backend work with React frontend, APIs, and robust testing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will collaborate across design, product, and engineering to deliver reliable, high-impact software that supports large fashion events and sample management.

Build and maintain backend systems using PHP 8+, MySQL 8+, Laravel
Develop frontend components with React and optimize build pipelines (Esbuild, Vite or equivalents)
Design and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend-backend interoperability
Perform code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions
Write and maintain unit tests for frontend and backend code

Monitor and maintain dependencies via npm and composer for stability and security
Keep documentation up to date for codebase, APIs, and architecture
Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development with thorough human oversight

Define and uphold internal AI usage standards to balance speed with security
Responsibilities
Engineer Degree in Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years of relevant full-stack SaaS experience
Proficiency in PHP and MySQL 8 with Laravel
Experience with AI-assisted development xlwpduy tools (Claude Code or similar)
Experience with bundling tools (vite, Esbuild, webpack)
RESTful API design and integration
Fluent English communication
Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced environments
Commitment to maintainable, secure, and scalable code
