You'll work directly with Filippo (CEO) and Francesco (Head of Sales), owning the top of the funnel: from AI-enhanced prospecting to first call set?up with Supply Chain directors and ops managers, all the way to handing over qualified opportunities to the team.
You're a doer who treats outbound as a craft and a numbers game.
/p h3Outbound Pipeline Generation /h3 ul liBuild target account lists across Italian vertical industries, research, enrichment, segmentation, prioritization /li liRun outbound at scale: calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, multi?channel cadences /li liQualify inbound and outbound conversations, book discovery meetings, and own the handoff /li liHit and exceed monthly targets throughout clear KPIs /li /ul h3AI-Enhanced Sales Ops /h3 ul liExperiment and deploy automations that make outreach faster and more personalized, without sounding like a bot /li liUse LLMs and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, n8n, Make) to compress 4 hours of research into 10 minutes /li liRun experiments on messaging, cadences, and segments; share what works with the team /li /ul h3Sales Enablement Market Intel /h3 ul liAdapt decks, one-pagers, and commercial docs for targeted accounts and verticals /li liBring back signal from the field: objections, pain points, intel, and feed it back into product and marketing /li liHelp shape the playbook as we scale a structured commercial team /li /ul h3How You'll Make It Happen /h3 ul liBe hands-on.
