Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Partner will work closely with the leaders in the organization to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner with managers across the employee lifecycle, translating business priorities into effective people strategies while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

To support its evolving business needs, the company is looking for an experienced HR Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving the people agenda and contributing to the development of a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Partner with leaders and managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy.
Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters.
Facilitate compensation and salary review processes.
Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting activities.
Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Promote a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous development.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments.
Strong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters.
Experience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives.
Good understanding of Italian employment law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP Success Factors, Workday or similar systems.
Professional HR certifications are considered a plus.
This is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Quadro level.
