How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead the development of our Captive Reinsurance strategy across EMEA.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the Captive community.
- Drive business growth, and achieve our goals.
- Collaborate with our existing teams to ensure seamless placement and handling of Captive business.
- Identify and secure new opportunities, leveraging your expertise and connections.
- Play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing team.
About You
- You’re a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
- You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and opening doors within the Captive community.
- You’re driven, strategic, and passionate about building a successful business segment.
- Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential.
- You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus. You’re flexible with location and willing to work in one of our key hubs: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.
