Key Account Manager - Medical Aesthetics (Injectables) | Rome, Italy

Location: Rome, Italy (Field-Based)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading global medical aesthetics business, managing the Rome territory.

This is a field-based commercial role focused on driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding business across a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
Manage and grow existing key accounts.
Deliver product training and educational sessions.
Support workshops,



events and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Represent the business at industry meetings and congresses.
Approximately 90% field-based travel

Requirements:

3-5 years' experience within Medical Aesthetics, ideally Injectables.
Minimum 2 years' successful B2B field sales experience.
Existing relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics in the Rome region.
Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
