From keeping systems running smoothly to spotting where we can do things smarter, this is a hands-on role with genuine scope to make your mark. You won't just be maintaining the status quo. What You'll Be Driving
Day-to-Day IT Operations

Set up, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks so everything runs without a hitch

Be the go-to person for technical support requests around our Anexis tools - reliable, calm and solution-focused

Handle hardware setup, network management and the kind of technical groundwork that keeps a business moving





Identify weak spots in our existing IT infrastructure and come up with smarter ways of doing things

Help implement new technical solutions that move our IT strategy forward

Bring fresh thinking to processes that have always just been "good enough"

What You'll Bring

You don't need to be a seasoned IT professional - what matters is a genuine interest in technology and a drive to keep learning

A solid technical foundation and the curiosity to develop it further

Analytical thinking and a natural instinct for finding practical solutions xysqume

The ability to work independently, stay organised and keep your head when things get busy

A people-friendly approach - you enjoy helping others and communicate clearly under pressure

Strong German and/or Italian skills; English is a plus
