Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for an energetic and process driven bMechanical Supplier Quality Engineer /b to join our Purchasing Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy. /p pIn this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liCoordinate the development and industrialization of suppliers /li liDevelop quality documentation regarding the control of supplies /li liManage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products delivery /li liPromote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularities /li liGuarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirming new suppliers /li liGuarantee the support to RD department to develop new component/equipment /li liIdentify new technologies and supply opportunities /li liImprove current process so as to remove potential obstacles and defects /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to‑earth and ethical. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMaster's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields /li liBackground as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, RD Engineer /li liKnowledge of industrial processes and technologies /li liAPQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) /li liPrevious experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus /li liProblem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma) /li liProcess Auditing experience /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
