Context and Purpose of the job

Within the Digital Business Unit, you will join the Business Intelligence & CRO Management team, supporting the team in all the analysis regarding E-commerce and having the opportunity to identify and share actional insights to different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor Ecommerce business performance and main KPIs
- Support analyzing business performance, provide actionable insights and in-depth analyses that go beyond standard reporting by identifying trends, explaining results, and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address analytical needs and provide data-driven support for business initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT teams to identify data quality issues.
- Contribute to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards by integrating multiple data sources and continuously enhancing existing reporting solutions
- Support to provide training and ongoing support to end users,



ensuring effective adoption and use of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in data analysis and business reporting, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong Analytical mindset, organization, proactivity, attention to details, strong communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
