Development and implementation of various AI solutions / projects including:
Technical support and after sales / assistance Process optimization Quality control Predictive maintenance Document management and knowledge management Collaboration in introducing new AI capabilities into the company's automation products and solutions Manage pilot projects, proof of concept and industrialization of the solutions developed Translating operational and business needs into technical requirements Collaborate in the analysis of business, technical and production processes to identify opportunities for AI application Support the internal adoption of AI tools, contributing to the dissemination of expertise and good practices
REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in Engineering (automation, computer science, electronics, mechanics, management or similar) or similar degrees; Solid programming foundation with Python or equivalent (3+ years) Practical experience in interface and developments with LLMs and modern AI tools — prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and agent frameworks.
Knowledge or work experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Analytics Good ability to understand industrial, production and automation processes Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders Analytical, structured and result-oriented approach
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience adopting AI assistants for software/project development or team productivity tools Experience integrating data from different sources (APIs, databases, structured and unstructured data) Experience with computer vision for inspection or quality control Experience of MLOps/deployment (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, model serving) Familiarity with industrial / OT environments (PLC, SCADA, MES, IIo T, OPC-UA).
