About The JobAs a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
You will strive to discover each client's needs and guide them through the brand.
You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.Job responsibilitiesAchieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales resultsWelcome every client and provide the best client experienceSupport clients in purchasing all LV productsDevelop long-term relationships with clients,



leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyaltyGive your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutiqueLearn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledgeRespect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviorFollow company policies and proceduresProfileStrong clienteling skills and previous experience in retailCuriosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindsetPassion for the Louis Vuitton brandExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsFlexibility and problem-solving abilitiesAvailability to work on weekendsProficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additionallanguages will be considered a plusGood knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systemsReference LVM*****#J-*****-Ljbffr
