You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.

/li liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

/li liStrong communication, writing, and listening skills.
/li liPrevious customer care experience is essential.
/li liComputer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
/li liFlexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
