Accountabilities:

As a Recruiting Coordinator,



you will support end-to-end recruiting operations by ensuring efficient processes, strong communication, and an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders to coordinate activities and improve operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Partnering with recruiting teams and hiring managers to maintain an efficient and organized hiring process.
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
- Tracking recruiting metrics and supporting reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and operational
