Integration Complexity: Overcoming the challenges associated with integrating complex ePowertrain systems into various vehicle platforms while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
Performance Optimization: Continuously improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of ePowertrain systems through innovative design solutions and rigorous testing methodologies.
Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of evolving regulations and standards related to electric vehicle technology to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with diverse teams including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software development, and manufacturing to achieve seamless integration and alignment of ePowertrain systems.
Emerging Technologies: Keeping up with advancements in ePowertrain technology such as battery technologies, electric motor design, and power electronics to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.
What We Expect From You
M.
Sc or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience on HV components
Different seniority will be considered for different specific roles
Experience with requirements management
Great knowledge of HV architecture, system and components
Good knowledge of Electric/Hybrid vehicle architecture
It is not required compulsorily (nor is it limited to), but it is considered a plus:
Knowledge of PLM tools
Knowledge of requirements tracking tool like IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jira (or equivalent)
Knowledge of safety critical standards
Knowledge of RAMS and FMEA/FMECA analysis
Fuency in English is (absolutely) a must
Willingness to travel or relocate
