Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you will shape the people agenda of three locations (Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano, Opera) in Italy for a global organization. As HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, while also serving as the key link to the EMEA HR leadership team and global HR Centers of Excellence. You will lead a stable and engaged HR team supporting a workforce of 280+ employees, ensuring both operational excellence and the development of a forward-looking people strategy.



This role requires a balanced and confident professional who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and challenge constructively when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Plant Director on all people-related topics
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations, providing expert guidance to leaders while proactively managing employee relations and mitigating legal and people-related risks
- Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team, fostering continuous growth and high performance
