What will you be doing?
As Sales Manager Italy at Shantui , you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding our footprint in the Italian market. Your core mission is to identify, develop and retain a strong network of dealers throughout the country. By actively engaging with potential partners and maintaining close relationships with existing ones, you’ll work to grow Shantui’s market share and strengthen our local presence. You’ll also support key accounts, monitor market trends and make sure our customers and partners receive the service they expect. In this role,
you align local opportunities with our global commercial strategy and act as the key point of contact between the Italian market and the wider Shantui organization. Whether you’re attending industry events, negotiating with dealers or working on long-term plans, you’re always focused on results and building lasting partnerships. Simply put, you’re the driving force behind our commercial success in Italy.
What are we looking for?
- A firm experience in sales of construction machinery, preferably excavators;
- Proven track record in dealer management and business development;
- Italian native, preferably located in Northern-Italy;
- Fluent in English;
- International experience, any experience with Chinese companies is a big plus.
