In this role, you will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services.
/p pbResponsibilities include /b: /p ul liProviding technical support and resolving client issues with IT products.
/li liTroubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage.




/li liDocumenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
/li /ul pThe position includes btraining /b on Microsoft products to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
You will work b40 hours per week /b on rotating shifts and be entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
