/p h3The Role: Client Advisor | Rome /h3 pAs part of the upcoming relocation of our Rome store, we are looking for a Client Advisor to join our team and support this exciting new phase of growth.
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward.
The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, accompanying clients through the Stone Island universe while delivering authentic and elevated client experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service, product storytelling, and relationship?building, who enjoys working collaboratively within a dynamic retail environment while contributing to the overall store performance.
Preference will be given to candidates with Chinese language skills and experience working with international clientele.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 pDay?to?Day Responsibilities: /p ul liEnsure excellent client experience while maintaining the quality standards required by the brand; /li liAct as a brand ambassador to the store's clientele, demonstrating strong passion and commitment to the brand while embodying brand values and vision; /li liWelcome, advise, and support local and international clients throughout the selling ceremony, contributing to store performance while building genuine long?term relationships; /li liPresent the Stone Island universe through storytelling around collections, fabrics, treatments,



and the technical excellence that defines the brand; /li liProvide personalized advice tailored to clients' expectations and needs; /li liSupport store operations while ensuring after?sales service and follow?up with clients; /li liImplement and maintain Company Visual standards in store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team and ensuring replenishment and stock management are consistently executed; /li liBe aware of store targets and KPIs, supporting Managers in promoting a performance culture; /li liCollaborate with the team in an effective and enthusiastic way, conveying energy and motivation in daily activities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales roles within Fashion Retail/Hospitality; interest or studies in Fashion?related courses are considered a plus – experience within Luxury and Contemporary Retail environments is an advantage; /li liGood understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, and product sensitivity; /li liService?oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently; /li liReliable, punctual, and flexible; /li liPassion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry; /li liFluency and sophistication in Italian and English are required; Chinese language skills are strongly preferred.
Additional languages are a plus; /li liDigitally aware and open to new tools, applications, and ways of working; /li liAbility to thrive in a fast?paced, dynamic environment.
