ppReporting to the Senior FPA Manager, this is a key FPA role with a strong commercial emphasis. /p pThe role involves partnering with the regional Area Sales Managers of the European Personal Home Care business unit to run the reporting, forecasting and performance analysis processes. /p pYou will work closely with your peers from other regions to ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly processes are completed OTIF. /p pYou have full responsibility and accountability for the accuracy and reconciling of results in all relevant systems (eg One Stream, Accordion, Comp Planning, Tableau…) to ensure key information for decision‑making is correct. /p pYou will work cross‑functionally within your region of responsibility (primarily Northern and Eastern Europe) for support with working capital, UPI and headcount analysis. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liEnd to end involvement in the annual AOP process ensuring all bridges and data points are analysed /li liWeekly/Monthly forecasting to support Senior managers /li liSupporting the Area Sales Managers in all commercial reporting and analysis /li liPopulating and analysing month end reports to report out the results that will lead to focused activities for the commercial teams. Examples below: /li liGap analysis /li liRisk and opportunities /li liExpenses report /li liSales force effectiveness analysis /li liFTE reporting /li liMonthly reviews, reporting, ad hoc queries like ROWC calculation, aged stock reviews, pricing and Opportunity pipeline /li liAs a data processing appointee, they operate in compliance with the instructions received and the applicable data protection regulations. /li /ul h3What you’ll need: /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.



/li liPrevious experience in FPA, finance, business analysis or a similar role. /li liAbility to effectively present results and challenge performance. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel /li liExperience with SAP and Tableau is considered an advantage. /li liExcellent analytical, leadership and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout the business. The ability to manage and motivate a team cross functionally and not directly under your line management should be evident along with the ability to initiate change. /li /ul h3Where you’ll work: /h3 ul li3 days in Milan´s office, 2 days at home /li /ul pbPermanent Contract /b /p pbSalary Range: /b €28,000 – €48,000 gross annual salary (RAL). The salary range stated in this advertisement reflects the expected remuneration for the position. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications in line with applicable EU pay transparency and equal pay regulations.
