Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the thriving travel industry in a vibrant hub, offering a blend of customer excellence and logistical coordination for a global car rental leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end car rental bookings for Italian-speaking clients within the travel sector.
Provide expert advice on vehicle options, insurance packages, and travel itineraries.
Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding rental agreements, billing, and vehicle availability.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and professional communication.




Coordinate with international branch offices to ensure vehicle readiness and customer needs are met.
Process reservations and modifications accurately using advanced travel industry software.
Upsell additional travel services and value-added rental products to enhance the customer journey.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in a professional environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria.
