Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to Italian-speaking players via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Represent the company brand within the Gaming & Esports community by maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
Troubleshoot account, payment,



and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted gameplay experiences.
Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate platform bugs and player feedback effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the gaming environment by monitoring community trends and player sentiment.
Deliver personalized solutions that enhance player retention and satisfaction within the Italian market.
