Job Overview
We are currently seeking talented professionals for the Italian Speaking Automotive Experts position in Greece, a unique opportunity for candidates passionate about the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support and technical guidance for automotive clients via phone, chat, and email.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and warranty services.
Maintain a deep understanding of current automotive trends and brand-specific technical developments.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex automotive-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service processes and enhance the user experience.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM, adhering to internal quality standards.
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the prestige and reliability expected in the automotive industry.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Previous experience or a strong technical background in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, critical for this Italian Speaking Automotive Experts position in Greece.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven ability to work in a remote professional environment with high attention to detail.
