Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers regarding their car-sharing bookings and account management.
Assist travelers with real-time navigation issues, vehicle access inquiries, and journey-related troubleshooting within the travel industry.




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic service through various communication channels.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize the travel user experience for our premium car-sharing fleet.
Handle sensitive information regarding billing and trip documentation with precision and professional confidentiality.
Stay updated on the latest travel technology trends to provide expert advice and guidance to our active user base.
Ensure that every interaction contributes positively to the reputation of our global mobility partners.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is considered a significant advantage.
Strong command of English for internal training and global team collaboration.
